Most India live in villages, which is expected to be the net man power provider for this goal. How Indian manforce lack many Scientifc thinking that make them suitable for next generation technoloy .
Village Culutre
India villages are highly divided on caste basis. Knowledge transfer is not easy in India. However with given the Private and govt school rises, children from different caste can study together and can share their knowlege. But broader level this shaing is very limited. Each caste has its own knowledge ecosystem that survive on exculsion. Caste based organisation often dominate the narrative of that run in society. Common Indians are very unmuch aware of what is happening in their surrounding.
India village folklore are dominated by historical myths that destroyed the very questioning power of society. Every natural phenomena is explained with some mystrious natural force. For example- In India if you find any thing Geographical strange it is linked with Pandav of Ramayana. People bow down before diety for rains , draught etc.
Indian villages are culturally vibrant there many fair and festival in villages in apart to national holidays. Each villages has its own temple, that temple is central to Social activities. Through out the years these temples, engage in various festivals, fairs and left very litlle time for any thing productive. Children eagerly wait when next festival, Jagran is going to be organised in villages. Some time these Jagran, festival remain continue for one village to other keeping every year busy.
With rise of middle class family, there is rise of excessive festivity. These is series of rise of jagran, festival and pilgrimages. Earlier there used to be one temple and on grandn festival , but now each villages, each street and each society compete with each other, who organsie the Grand Jagran. What we notice in today India is nothing but complete disorder beneath rising middle class.
Marriages in India can last for 3 months, Indian society is interlinked with in its caste structure. Some time families keep attending the marriages for whole months. Marriages not only left family with very litlle money but they also effect the vary scintific cutlrue of Society.
